单网卡绑定双IP，如何能同时上内外网？？？？？？？？

我单位是两条ADSL，用双路由同时拨号上网（一个内网一个外网)，现两个路由并连起来（用交换机），电脑只有一张网卡。
当网卡IP设为：192.168.2.*，网关设为192.168.2.1时，电脑可以上外网，路由表是：
